The 1st week -  Assembling Aquarium and Cure the Live Rock

• Stand
• 46 Aquarium (including built-in filtration)
• ultra daylight and actinic lamp, or a comparable fixture
• Hydor heater - 100w
• Sand
• 50 gal Seachem Reef Salt 
•  Lalo live rock
•  Premium Fiji live rock

The 3rd week : Protein Skimmer and little kriters

• Skimmer
• some snails and crabs

The 5th week put in your first corals

• 50 gal Seachem Reef Salt
• Corals - Contains Button Polyp, Yellow Colony Polyp, Hairy Mushroom Coral, and Bullseye's

The 8th week put some aquacultured corals

• Silver Branch Pumping Xenia, Green Starburst Polyp, Spaghetti Finger Leather Coral, Toadstool Mushroom Leather Coral, Taro Tree Coral, Cauliflower Colt Coral.

The 10th week add fish
-  Add some Cleaner Shrimp,  Hawaii Feather Dusters with the following fish

• Ocellaris Clownfish
• Fridmani Pseudochromis
• Six-line Wrasse
• Green Chromis

1. Prepare fresh water by dechlorinating it, mixing in the salt, and pre-heating it.
2. Feed New Era fish food.

NPX BioPlastics are pelletized biodegradable polymers that provide a time-released source of food for bacteria that assimilate nitrate and phosphate. As bacteria develop on the pellet surfaces, excess growth sloughs off due to the tumbling in a fluidized filter, and these bacteria can be removed with a protein skimmer or serve as planktonic food for filter-feeding invertebrates such as corals, clams, and sponges. Anaerobic zones also develop within the pellets, thus promoting denitrification there.

Certain Amino Acids have been added to the New Era LPS Coral Pellet to elicit a stronger feeding response from corals, stimulating polyps into feeding mode and getting the feeding tentacles to emerge so that the coral can take the food in the first place. Additionally, the calcium content of the New Era LPS Coral Pellet is higher than the marine pellet due to the addition of shrimp shell powder. It is not clear whether corals can uptake extra calcium gastronomically but a little calcium bump in the food couldn’t hurt.
